ABC DRY CHEMICAL FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
The ABC Dry Chemical / All Purpose Fire Extinguisher is the most commonly used in 99% of the warehouses, hospitals, manufacturing plants, retail stores, and offices nationwide.
The ABC Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher utilizes a specially fluidized and siliconized mono ammonium phosphate dry chemical; it chemically insulates Class A fires by melting at approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit and coats the surface that it’s applied. It smothers and breaks the chain reaction of Class B fires and will not conduct electricity back to the operator.
The ABC Dry Chemical/ All Purpose Fire Extinguisher comes with either Anodized Aluminum or Chrome Plated Brass Valve Types. In addition, it comes with a wall bracket ready to install.
FIRE CLASSIFICATION
CLASS A: Fires involving ordinary combustible materials such as wood, cloth, paper, rubber and many plastics.
CLASS B: Fires involving flammable liquids, combustible liquids, petroleum grease, tars, oils, oil based paints, solvents, lacquers, alcohols, and flammable gases.
CLASS C: Fires that involve energized electrical equipment
